Returns & Refunds Policy
•Right to Cancel and Return Window: Your statutory right to cancel an online order expires 14 days from the day after you (or a third party nominated by you) receive the goods.
•Notification and Dispatch: You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day window and dispatch the items back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your cancellation. Items returned outside of this timeframe without prior agreement may be refused or returned to the customer at their own expense.
- Shipping Costs for Returns: Standard initial delivery for all orders is provided free of charge by the store. If you decide to exercise your right to cancel and return the order, you are strictly responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the items to us. Returned items must be sent back using a traceable postal or courier service, and we strongly recommend keeping the postage receipt and tracking number.
- Condition of Items and Hygiene: All items must be returned in their original, pristine condition, entirely unworn, unaltered, and free from any signs of use, makeup, perfumes, or damage, in their original undamaged packaging. Upon a successful inspection of the returned items ensuring hygienic seals on items like earrings remain intact, we will refund the full product purchase price paid. We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct an appropriate amount from the refund value if the returned product shows any signs of wear, handling beyond what is necessary, or damage caused by the customer.
•Transit Damage and Mechanical Faults: Customers are requested to inspect their package upon delivery and report any mechanical damages or transit issues to us within 48 hours of receipt, preferably accompanied by photographic evidence or a courier damage report. A distinction is made between manufacturing defects and accidental mechanical damage; breakages, snapped chains, or bent clasps resulting from misuse, pulling, accidental force, or failure to follow care instructions do not constitute manufacturing defects and will not be accepted as valid claims.
- Natural Wear, Plating, and Care Exclusions: Jewellery requires proper care as outlined in our provided Care Guide. Natural processes such as the gradual fading, tarnishing, or wearing off of gold plating—caused by regular exposure to skin acidity, sweat, moisture, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, swimming pools, or household detergents—are considered normal wear and tear rather than manufacturing faults. Products showing signs of damage due to improper care, failure to follow instructions, or chemical exposure are excluded from warranty claims.
